Various abandoned windmills near Jenner, Alberta on February 27, 2016. I wanted to get out on some gravel rural roads that day. I had to decide against it, the roads looked just wet enough that I did not want to try it. On some Alberta roads you want to make very sure they are solid, the mud here can be nasty. Getting stuck in the middle of nowhere is no fun and some areas do not have cell service. Therefore this is a windmill post.
I always thought of windmills as ferris wheels for birds...silly but true.
